When I was writing to this track from Chopzilla, I couldn’t stop thinking about how DOOM had recently passed and I wanted to write a rhyme that he might be proud of, considering he is one of the great lyricists of our time, I had my hands full. 2nd at the time, the soundtrack to my days was Busta’s current album “Extinction Level Event 2: The Wrath of GOD”. Beyond Redman, and my own biological brother Skit Slam, Busta Rhymes is my favorite emcee. His latest album breathed life into me and even helped me to finish my own album, so again, I tried to write a rhyme that I hope Busta may be proud to know he inspired.
