The Cymarshall Law app, including its CyVision family features, is operated by CyVision Media LLC. Contact orders@hiphopintheflesh.com for support. These terms describe Android Plus subscriptions and use of the app.
Adult purchases and family use
A parent or responsible adult should manage purchases and family use. The parent PIN is a local content control, not verified age or identity. The original music collection may contain mature themes or strong language and requires its separate unlock.
Plus access
Plus provides the paid features identified in the app and purchase screen for your build, including access to supported full recordings after subscription verification. Streaming requires an internet connection. A subscription provides access rather than ownership of recordings or permanent music downloads. The player currently pauses audio when you leave Music or lock your phone.
Price, billing and renewal
Monthly and annual auto-renewing plans are offered through Google Play when available. The purchase screen shows the applicable price, currency, billing period and any offer conditions before confirmation. Google Play processes payment. Unless canceled, the subscription renews and Google Play charges according to the terms shown at purchase.
Cancellation and refunds
Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play using the Google Account that purchased it. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access generally continues until the paid period ends, unless Google reports a refund, revocation or other loss of entitlement. Refund requests are handled under Google Play policies and applicable law. These terms do not remove statutory consumer rights.
Verification and restoring access
Plus access depends on Google confirming an eligible subscription. Pending, on-hold, expired or revoked purchases do not unlock Plus. Eligible grace-period subscriptions and canceled subscriptions with remaining entitlement may retain access. Use Restore purchases with the purchasing Google Account if access is missing. A parent PIN alone does not establish Plus access. This version does not offer Apple purchase verification or promise subscription transfer between stores.
Your creations and local storage
Your original writing remains yours. Saved work is stored on your device as described in the privacy notice. Keep exported copies of work you want to preserve; uninstalling, resetting or losing the device can cause data loss. Changing subscription status does not itself erase saved writing, although access to paid tools can change.
Recordings and acceptable use
Music, books, artwork and other supplied materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Access is for personal use. Do not redistribute supplied recordings, share protected stream links, bypass access controls or use the service to infringe others’ rights.
Availability and internal testing
Network or store outages can temporarily prevent verification and playback. Catalog availability and app features can change. Internal-test builds may contain incomplete features and defects. These terms do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Privacy and updates
The Cymarshall Law App Privacy Policy explains local records, verification requests, hosting and support correspondence. Updated October 20, 2026. Material changes to subscription offers or these terms will be communicated through appropriate app, website or store notices.
